Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death among people with diabetes. In those with type 1 diabetes at the age of 20-39 years, the risk of death from cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events is five times higher than non-diabetics. That population more benefits from the exercise than the average person does.

Type 1 Diabetes Regular exercise reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, according to a new study published in the August issue of Diabetes Care. /> Researchers in Austria and Germany studied more than 23,000 youths aged between 3 and 18, and found that increased physical activity of young people are less at risk of diastolic hypertension and lipid profile, and was lowest blood glucose.

They specifically found that young people more involved physically, their triglyceride and cholesterol decreased at 41 percent for two young people who do not exercise, 36 percent of those who exercise once or twice a week. In addition, it was found that their high cholesterol and triglyceride levels decreased to 34 4 percent for those who physically carry three or more times per week.

The exercise did not include school sports, but part of a regular exercise of 30 minutes per day.

Exercise 30 minutes a day. Remember that.

In addition, it is a Canadian study, which included the findings of the death records of more than nine million adults report offers a bleak type 2 diabetes can be cardiovascular problems 15 years earlier than non-diabetics.

The results were divided into the perceived risks of different sex and age groups. For example, women with type 2 diabetes considered at moderate risk for cardiovascular disease at the age of 46 years, compared to 62 years for women without diabetes. Full results are here.

Although the study is fascinating, and improve your cardiovascular health, it is always recommended, panic is not recommended. After all, these results are from death records, and not live with diabetes. Perhaps these people even treat their diabetes properly, or did not follow a model of healthy eating and exercise. Determined to be healthy, there is no reason to believe that you can not live long, healthy and pleased life.

Another reason is that the combination of obesity to diabetes. It is the therapy of Cross-drug against obesity and diabetes, which is nothing new, and researchers are delighted to find another. The drug is designed to help reduce obesity in patients, who may now seem to help ward off heart problems in type 2 diabetics.

diabetes is so simple to ignore because it literally glides on you and before you know, you can start some serious complications. Diabetes affects nearly all vital organs of the body. About 18 million Type 2 diabetics in the United States, three in five (58%) have one or more complications.

Here are the most serious:

How To Delay Or Avoid Type 2 Diabetes

Diabetes is a disease caused by the body’s inability to properly produce insulin, a hormone that helps the body convert food into energy. In type 1 diabetes the body produces no insulin at all. This type of diabetes is usually diagnosed in childhood. In type 2 diabetes the body does not produce enough insulin or the insulin production is inefficient in regulating blood sugar in the body. This type of diabetes is usually diagnosed later in life and is commonly called adult onset diabetes.

Diabetes is a major health problem, because the incidence of this disease is increasing worldwide. It is also associated with other health risks and expensive to treat and control. In addition, diabetes is the leading cause of death worldwide.

Number of cases of diabetes is increasing worldwide. The incidence of diabetes in 1995 were approximately 135 million worldwide, about the fourth 0% of the population. Diabetes affected 170 million people in 2000 and should reach about 300 million people in 2025, about 5 4% of the population. India, China and the U.S. have the largest number of cases.

In the last year direct medical costs in the U.S. for diabetes has reached 92000000000 dollars, up from five U.S. dollars 44000000000 years, according to the American Diabetes Association. 40000000000 dollars more were spent on the costs of permanent disability. Diabetes care represents about 11% of total health spending in the United States. In 1997, the annual cost of health care for people with diabetes an average of $ 10,071 and increased to $ 13,243 in 2002. This annual rate of more than 5 times larger than the average annual cost of health care for people without diabetes. In addition, diabetes is an annual loss of 88 million days of disability.

The mortality of patients with diabetes run about 5 2% of all deaths according to World Health Organization. In 2000, 2 9 million deaths worldwide were caused by diabetes. The 4 Next 5 million deaths from diabetes was a contributing factor.

The excellent news is that Type 2 diabetes can be delayed or prevented from ever developing. Before people develop type 2 diabetes, which nearly always develop the condition known as “pre-diabetes.” This condition occurs when blood glucose levels above normal but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes . Studies have shown that people with pre-diabetic condition can check the status of changes in lifestyle or medicine. With proper treatment, which can greatly increase the chances of never developing diabetes. ” , br />
American Diabetes Association has made the publication entitled “The prevention or delay of type 2 diabetes.” Some of the conclusions and recommendations of the ADA.

Approximately 41 million Americans have pre-diabetes state. There are two tests commonly used by doctors to determine whether a person is pre-diabetes. A test is called a test of plasma glucose, or fasting glucose, and the second is called the oral test tolerance glucose or OGTT. Both tests show a normal level and the diabetic range. Range shows the pre-diabetic state.

FPG test is more beneficial for patients, less expensive and simpler to administer than the OGTT test. On the other hand OGTT will detect more cases of glucose tolerance and undiagnosed diabetes that test FTP. Either test should be repeated every three years.

Once a diabetic condition or pre-diabetes has been diagnosed, a person has two options for treatment. One strategy is to use lifestyle changes such as changes in diet and increased physical activity, and other strategies is the use of hypoglycemic agents have been approved for the treatment of diabetes. Studies show that the treatment is about half as effective as diet therapy and delays the onset of diabetes. lifestyle that have been proven as a means of preventing type 2 diabetes in developing the pre-diabetic state. Diet and exercise, in many cases are able to return blood glucose levels within normal range.

lifestyle include a combination of losing 5% to 10% of body weight, reduced intake of total stout calories, reducing calories from saturated stout, increase fiber, and exercise at least 150 minutes per week. A study, Diabetes Prevention Program study showed that treatment with a combination of 30 minutes of moderate physical activity daily, and 5% to 10% weight loss led to a 58% reduction in the incidence of diabetes .

Type of physical activity recommended by the ADA include aerobic exercise, strengthening and flexibility exercises. The purpose of aerobic exercise can increase heart rate, increased breathing and muscle exercises. The objective is to exercise for 30 minutes a day, five days a week. 30 minutes can be divided into intervals of 10 minutes. This type of activity is alive walking or running, dancing, swimming, water aerobics, ice skating, tennis, biking, gardening and housework. Strength training, done several times a week, can build more muscle to everyday household tasks simpler, and helps burn more calories, and even peace. financial flexibility, simple stretches, helps keep joints flexible and helps reduce the risk of injury during other activities.

Dietary changes are an vital part of treatment of pre-diabetes. Body Mass Index test (BMI) can be managed and simple to calculate. BMI test, so it is above 25 means that we are above their ideal weight and BMI of a person with a result above 30 is considered obese. Aimed primarily at reducing body weight by 5% in the second case, up to 10%. It is recommended that a person consults a doctor who will help you make a diet plot that will achieve the desired weight loss.

Effects of type 2 diabetes are costly and perilous to your health. Fortunately, diabetes can be delayed or prevented the adoption of a prudent diet program, weight control and exercise.

Part 1

Please read this report if you have been diagnosed with diabetes or who are for time or if you have under control or not, because what you are about to read will literally change your life.

I urge you to remember when you were diagnosed when a physician requests that you speak in person, by phone or clinic! At this time, your heart was pounding forecast is not as excellent news. Then the doctor drops a huge bomb and says you have diabetes.

What did you feel then? There were fears in our hearts and the eyes of what comes next? Do you dread for your life? Do you feel that ‘Oh my God, my life, I know it has changed for excellent? Do you also reckon “So I must be deprived of candy and my favorite food …” What “I do not want to be on drugs, insulin and take my shot for the rest of my life …” state of mind.

Or maybe you should immediately thought of a friend or loved one who died of diabetes at the start after suffering a massive weakness in a book, such as amputation of the leg, blindness, renal failure, heart to heart attacks or strokes, you reckon “These horrible debilitating injuries to happen to me too. …. Oh my! What devastating news the doctor gave me …”.

If you had these thoughts in his mind at the time of diagnosis and after, believe me, you not alone. These thoughts crossed the minds of all diabetic patients at one time or another and they are legitimate and troubling questions.

reasons which led to the diagnosis of scene is much less vital at this stage that you solve a new situation from this time.

Let’s see how diabetes impacts us here in the U.S. and worldwide. It ‘acts in a quote from the book “Cosmetic lifestyle for diabetics:

” Diabetes is a disease spread to epidemic proportions in the United States and around the world. This is becoming one of the greatest health challenges of the 21st century. Pierre Lefebvre, president of the International Diabetes Federation, was quoted as saying: “that diabetes is spreading around the world, the world is moving towards one of the largest health disaster is never seen. “

” Diabetes affects an astonishing 247 million people worldwide and just 10 years ago there were 127 million diabetics, which is less than half the number today. In the U.S. over 20 have diabetes 8,000,000. According to the American Diabetes Association, diabetes, complications due to uncontrolled diabetes over 250,000 deaths annually in the United States, not less 75%, resulting from a debilitating stroke, cardiac complications and arteries that are entirely preventable. There are 54 million people in the United States who are pre-diabetes (having diabetes). Up to a huge 73 % of adults with diabetes have high blood pressure and nearly all have some form of cholesterol problem, which could lead to stroke, myocardial infarction and premature death if not controlled, and that it can be.

diabetes is uncontrolled rise to over 45% of new cases of kidney failure and 70% of nerve hurt called neuropathy causes loss of sensation, pain and numbness in hands and feet leading to amputation. Uncontrolled diabetes is the cause of over 60% of all leg and foot amputations and is the leading cause of blindness in people aged 20-75

That means more new cases of amputations of legs 100,000, over 44,000 cases of kidney failure and more than 24,000 cases of blindness each year. These figures are climbing alarmingly.

but with all preventable.

(Continued from Part 1) While these figures are impressive and undeniable facts reflect the real suffering of the majority of diabetics go but it might not be your fate.

Yes, you can avoid these fatal complications !!!

Now, I reckon! “Wait, you say that as a diabetic I have to say that to avoid all these terrible results?”

This is an absolutely brilliant! And we (health professionals ), evidence to prove it.

If it was not the case then you would not receive this report and I would not have the last 21 years, during my practice of pharmacy completed counseling patients on the way and did not spend the last 4 years of my life writing “Cosmetics lifestyle for diabetics, which gives all diabetes (newly diagnosed or not), all the tools they need to manage all aspects of diabetes control, prevent complications, and wait to delight in the natural life and better quality of life, all in one volume.

diabetes and its complications have been fatal and avoid the American Diabetes Association (www. diabetes. org), the World Health Organization (www. that. int) and all other health agencies of the government would do everything and take every opportunity regardless of resources at their disposal to send the message that diabetes is preventable and manageable.

Another question that might cross your mind will be as follows: “If the complications of diabetes and to manage and prevent these appalling statistics, so why are so high, why the numbers are climb and what is encouraging is that?

A: The main culprits driving this epidemic and make it worse is none other than overweight, inactivity and smoking.
< , br /> Yes, people own daily choices, incorrect activity or inactivity are major contributors to this terrible outcome. What people bring home from the grocery store, choose this case at home or at work, the amount of work they do every day, or a total lack of being a contributing factor. What do people do all personal uninformed decisions about their medication or monitor correctly or want to monitor their vital signs and significant, which could lead to blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure increases and trigger a fury unseen fatal complications.

That diabetic patients to lead a very stressful life and nothing even if they are smokers, and continue to smoke, if they take no action or incorrect actions, or to buy food “myth as a solution to their excessive weight to buy in the myth that diabetics should be deprived of candy for the rest of their lives (as a result of the attack and start to overeat sweets and all that), and act as their health is the sole responsibility of the physician, are all FATAL avoidable factors that all diabetics can and should be changed to their advantage.

In my 20 years of pharmacy practice, I care passionately about advising and assisting people who are diabetic, they have other chronic diseases such as hypercholesterolemia and hypertension, heart disease and those who are smokers, obese and overweight and a sedentary lifestyle.

For these conditions, diabetics have to worry about more problems and act on them at once before they make a stop diabetes complications. Not only that, the vast majority of diabetics suffer from one or all chronic diseases (referred to in the preceding paragraph) and fuel to the fire, the vast majority of lifestyle is not a negative surprise, the control of diabetes worse. These are all complex issues and numerous to deal with all the laity. />

Part 3

(Continued from Part 2) I am the bearer of terrible news or using scare tactics. I am not here to deliver glooming and terrible news, either does not scare tactics. I’m just brings the reality, facts and a lot of hope.

I hope? You can question! How can there be hope after all this terrible news? Yes, I am here to say that you can control and manage diabetes and prevent all fatal complications.

For 20 years I have successfully trained patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases, they have simplified but powerful information and helped them get the results the majority knows that to achieve it. The most common errors and how the consequences have paid the ultimate price.

I want to help you avoid the same mistakes and learn valuable benefits to health, diabetes control and quality of life maximum.

Here are five common mistakes nearly all fatal diabetics do and how you can avoid them:

1) receive time timely diagnosed or diagnosed when they become in denial and do nothing:

There are currently 57000000 pre-diabetes and approximately 7 million euros, which have the Diabetes in itself, but have not yet been identified or to avoid doing so. Most diabetics have been diagnosed with diabetes for several years, when substantial hurt to their precious organs has occurred. Refusal of diabetes and of having “My type of diabetes treatment is not necessary …” kind of attitude, not knowing to get early detection, screening or to avoid or identified as having diabetes are common, contributing to premature death.

Solution: If you are overweight, have a family history of diabetes and lead a sedentary life, have frequent episodes of thirst and need to urinate often or suddenly lose weight without any effort on your own, contact your doctor and get screened. The sooner you get a diagnosis simpler to manage your status and will become less risk you expose your precious internal organs.

2) that do not know the symptoms and not be informed of the right solution:

; hypoglycemia or blood sugar is dangerously low potential side effect of most medications for diabetes, and if the change can be fatal within a very small time from minutes to hours. What I saw during the practice of pharmacy is that a excellent majority of diabetics are not familiar with the symptoms or do not know what the most effective and simplest solution for it.

Solution: ictal symptoms are nausea, dizziness, sweating and terrible feelings. At the first sign of any of these symptoms most effective and quickest solution to this potential problem dissolves 3-4 glucose tablets back to back in a few seconds, and hypoglycemia will be canceled. Glucose tablets are very inexpensive and can be found in all pharmacies of diabetes and all diabetics should be worn at all times.

3) know where their current levels of blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol, and where security is as follows:

Nearly all diabetics have high cholesterol and blood pressure, which is currently responsible for over 75% of all deaths related to diabetes. All this can be avoided if diabetes is entitled to their health and not transferred to your doctor.

Solution: All diabetics should be involved in their own health and must know their number, safer to get on board. Diabetics can and must know their numbers through monitoring.

Here are the magic numbers: fasting glucose should be below 110 and 70, two hours after the intake of sugar should be less than 145th Your blood pressure should be less than 130/80. Total cholesterol should be below 135 (yes, 135), your LDL (terrible) cholesterol should be below 100, your HDL (excellent cholesterol) above 45 below and your triglyceride 150th < , br />
can not get to safety if you do not know where the security systems. These are the figures, all diabetics should be directed to where they want to avoid disastrous consequences, be cool and delight in the ultimate quality of life. You can achieve these goals, medications and lifestyle changes. Tell your doctor if your numbers are always higher than those recommended by you, your doctor can take action and help you.
